NLogic fails in their attempt to stop microtherapy

As some of you may be aware, NLogic started legal proceedings last summer to stop microtherapy from developing and marketing the new and improved version of its AirWare product known as RADIUS. The application brought by NLogic was dismissed on January 31, 2017, by the Honourable Justice V.R. Chiappetta in the Superior Court of Justice. A copy of the Reasons for Judgment may be located on the CanLII website: http://canlii.ca/t/gx86p

“We are extremely pleased with this outcome. The Court has confirmed that microtherapy is allowed to provide users of our software with the ultimate AirWare upgrade of RADIUS.”
